General Terms and Conditions INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN

Quotations
INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN will supply you with a quotation, based on a previous agreement made between both parties.
All quotations are valid for 30 days.  However INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN will not be held accountable for supplier price increase(s) within this time.  Any additional costs will be forwarded onto the client.
All quotes must be accepted via email in writing, and a 50% deposit must be paid prior to any works being carried out. For certain projects INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN may request a higher percentage of initial deposit and reserves the right to request this as required.

Payments
All payments must be received before INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN commences work.
INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the client should the need /event arise.
INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN accept payments via direct bank transfer, cash and credit card only. There is a 1.5% surcharge, for any credit card transactions, this cost will be passed onto the client.
Upon notification that your goods are ready to be dispatched, the final 50% balance is to be paid within 7 days, regardless of whether they are required on site.
All overdue orders will incur a 10% surcharge.

Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order with INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.  INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN will try their best to make any changes but they cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so, as your interior design order may already have commenced or be completed.
INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN offers a tailor made design service, and for this reason are unable to accept returns on any orders that have been delivered. All items are unique and have been hand picked for each individual client, and there for cannot be on sold.

Privacy Policy
INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party without your permission.INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN will not pass on supplier information to clients.

Liability
INSPIRED INTERIORS + DESIGN will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters that result in a delay due to any event outside our reasonable control.
